Our Village Development Project is aimed at helping the village children with education, food and other basic necessities and also helping the illiterate individuals with reading and writing.
Why Village Development?
Underdevelopment in the rural areas is very prevalent in our country. Many villages in India are still devoid of a proper education system, technologies, and even basic hygiene. Villages in India are not being able to catch up with the pace of development in cities and towns, as a result, there is increased rural unemployment, high illiteracy rates, and poverty. Our Village Development Project is aimed at helping the village children with education, food and other basic necessities and helping the illiterate individuals with reading and writing. Through encouraging skill development plans like Sewing School, Basket making, drawing, etc many poor children and adults lives are enriched. Teachings on health consciousness, developing good hygienic lifestyle like washing hands also enable poor villagers to live productive lives. Empowering the women with information and making information available for cottage industries like small scale businesses and enterprises enables women to become independent in an otherwise patriarchal and male-dominated society.
