Toilet Projects

Toilet is a very basic need in the life of any individual, unfortunately many houses in rural India are devoid of this facility which has its social as well as health impacts. Specially the health and social needs of women and girls remain largely unmet and often side-lined in circumstances where toilets in homes are not available. In the villages and rural sectors of India women need to go far out into the open fields to answer their natural call. During such time of isolation many women and children tend to get raped. Open defecation is also associated with human excrement linked infectious disease which cause several health problems.
Therefore Love India invests in building toilet facilities for the poor villagers nearby to their homes where there is security for women and children. This provides then access to sanitation that has been essential for human dignity, health and well-being.
