Poor Feeding Project

Love has to be put into action and that action is service.

Our vision is to fulfil atleast one basic need - food, for as many people as possible, with quality well prepared meals for the needy and down-trodden.

Why Poor Feeding?

India is one of the developing countries that is worst hit by malnourishment. According to FAO estimates in ‘The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World, 2020 report, 189.2 million people are undernourished in India. Many daily wage laborers struggle to provide for themselves and their families, as a result, 190 million Indians go to bed without food daily. Feeding the Poor is another way we extend our care and support to those who are not able to provide for themselves. Love India has developed relationships with people in some of the poorest areas throughout the country and have been able to provide free meals to thousands of needy people. Food is an essential basic need for survival. Therefore, our desire is to keep food on the table of as many needy people as we can so that they don’t have to go through the nightmare of sleeping in hunger.
